He represents first-time buyers, move-up buyers, luxury clients, investors, and developers across a wide range of property types, including single-family homes, condominiums, Tenancy-in-Common (TIC) properties, multi-unit buildings, investment real estate, and new construction.
Kevin's expertise extends beyond buying and selling homes. He has extensive experience in property remodeling, residential development, pricing strategy, design consultation, and maximizing return on investment. As an experienced landlord for more than 27 years and an owner of condominiums, single-family homes, TICs, and multi-unit properties, he provides clients with practical, firsthand insight into ownership, investment strategy, and long-term property value.
As Sales Manager at Vanguard Properties, Kevin mentors and coaches agents while helping maintain the brokerage's high standards of professionalism and client service. Before entering real estate, he owned and operated restaurants, cafés, and bars, developing the business, leadership, and negotiation skills that continue to benefit his clients today. He is also co-owner of the acclaimed San Francisco restaurant La Ciccia and has volunteered with the San Francisco Unified School District, teaching reading and writing to kindergarten students at George Moscone Elementary School.
Beyond each transaction, Kevin remains a trusted resource for his clients, providing guidance on remodeling, property improvements, investment strategy, and maximizing long-term property value. Much of his business comes from repeat clients and personal referrals, reflecting the lasting relationships he has built through honest advice, responsive communication, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals long after the sale has closed.
Whether representing a first-time buyer, marketing a distinctive San Francisco home, advising an investor, or consulting on a development project, Kevin combines decades of local market knowledge, hands-on ownership experience, and proven results to help clients make informed real estate decisions with confidence.
